On behalf of the Organizing Committee, I am pleased to invite you to the Clinical Trials Symposium, 3rd edition organized in Romania under the patronage of European CRO Federation (EUCROF) and Romanian CROs Association (ACCSCR).
It has never been more important for the life sciences industry to continue with research across all areas, from COVID-19 to all other diseases and indications. AI technologies and big data are complimentary and enable innovations that are essential for transforming clinical trials, such as seamlessly combining exploratory and confirmatory clinical trials, developing novel patient-centered endpoints, and collecting and analysing Real World Data.
COVID-19 has forced us to modernize the clinical trial ecosystem and become even more patient centric. We all hope that the positive learning accumulated during the COVID-19 pandemic becomes the new normal in the post pandemic future.
The Clinical Trials Symposium shall offer a unique balance between patient associations, academic research, regulatory bodies and industry representation. The event promotes education, keeping up-to-date with current trends and networking.
High caliber speakers, true KOL in clinical trials field, will present a multitude of topics in a presentation format or as panel discussions, i.e. innovative trial designs in a post pandemic era, decentralized clinical trials, patient access to clinical studies, AI technologies or latest developments in anti COVID therapies and vaccines and not only.
We believe that this edition will host again hundreds of professionals in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device communities from all over Europe, specialists working as investigators, monitors, pharmacists, laboratory physicians, biochemists, biologists, study nurses and many others clinical research professionals.
